Strawberry Wine #2

3 lbs. Strawberries1/4 tsp. Potassium Metabisulfite 1/4 tsp. Wine Tannin 1/2 tsp.Pectic Enzyme 1 3/4 tsps. Acid Blend 4 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp Yeast nutrient 1 gal water 1/4 tsp of Wine Yeast Mix first five ingredients and place in straining bag. Pour on water, mix and let set loosely covered over night. Nectarine wine

4 lbs nectarines 2 lbs finely granulated sugar 1-1/2 tsp acid blend 1/2 tsp pectic enzyme 1/8 tsp grape tannin 3/4 gallon water 1 tsp yeast nutrient 1/4 tsp potassium metabisulfate 1/4 tsp wine yeast Chop nectarines and discard the stones.
