This is actually 100% my own recipe. This wine is very different. Very citrus spice flavors. You can use this wine to blend with other wines especially apple.
5 sticks cinnamon broken
12 quarter sized slices fresh ginger
1 Tbsp whole cloves
1 Tbsp whole allspice
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1 1/2 tsp acid blend
1/2 tsp pectin enzyme
1/4 tsp tannin
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1/2 tsp yeast energizer
5 cups sugar
2 cups water
3/4 gallon water
